Vestas Wind are expanding our development portfolio in Australia, and as a result is seeking a skilled Associate Development Manager to join our collaborative and enthusiastic team in Melbourne. As Associate Development Manager, you will be joining our established project development team to contribute to progressing our portfolio of wind farm developments in Australia. You will be aided by Vestas' considerable experience in delivering wind power projects in Australia. This position has a multi-faceted approach which includes gathering advice from internal and external experts to enable development decisions, working creatively to find solutions related to development roadblocks and coordinating development tasks to the project schedule.
As the successful candidate you will have proven experience in effectively managing stakeholders to deliver positive outcomes. You will also have a problem solving mindset and a willingness to lead the search for solutions to development roadblocks. To excel in this role, you will need to be organised, have an eye for detail and importantly have a passion for renewable energy.
