Lead a strong team of service professionals Based in Sydney CBD, assisting the Operations Manager in projects across both sites in Sydney and Melbourne Restaurant Associates has an enviable track record, working with some of the most prestigious venues and corporations in the world. A fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Operations Manager to join our Restaurant Associates NSW Operations Team . You will showcase your skills and experience by assisting the Operations Manager.
The position:
Assist the Operations Manager in the smooth running of our client, Morgan Stanley. Ensuring the operations are in accordance with the requirements of our contract for services. Align systems and procedures in line with contractual agreements for our NSW and VIC locations. Oversee the operational aspects of catering and meeting room booking processes, kitchen operations, front of house service, and reception services. Proactively work towards exceeding the client's expectations through management of team and personal standards. Identify and report hazards and ensure appropriate measures are undertaken to eliminate or minimize the risk of incidents occurring in the future, ensuring the client-set KPI's are met or exceeded. The Person:
Strong and effective leadership skills; the ability to support, motivate, effectively manage, and communicate with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Highly developed commercial skills with experience managing complex contracts and/or P&Ls. Uncompromising in the pursuit of high levels of customer satisfaction to deliver a 5-star experience every time. Detail-oriented with a relentless focus on ensuring uncompromising standards and procedures are in place to ensure the basics are right in all areas all of the time (i.e., great food, great service!). A positive, supportive, ambitious leader with previous experience as an area manager, key account manager, or operations manager, whilst being an innovative thinker and entrepreneurial leader. Excellent communication and personal skills well-suited to building business relationships with existing and potential clients at a senior executive level. The Benefits:
