Customer Care Advocate: Assist the store Clinician (Audiologist) by scheduling appointments and ensuring every potential customer receives the attention they deserve. Operational Excellence: Manage day-to-day store operations to ensure a seamless customer experience. Sales Champion: Work towards meeting and exceeding daily and monthly sales targets, turning customer interactions into success stories. Tech-Savvy Skills: Utilize basic computer literacy to navigate our systems efficiently.
