We are looking for an ambitious sales driven leader to join our team to work closely with and support the Store Manager in the achievement of personal and store sales targets and KPIs at Eastland. You will have the opportunity to demonstrate your leadership skills by coaching Team Members to become selling superstars by delivering impeccable customer service yourself.
