Assistant Store Manager

First Mate (Assistant Manager) Merchandising stands per stallholder requests.
Ensure stock maintains a standard that is no racist, sexist or otherwise offensive.
Freight quotes and arrangements.
Mentoring Customer Service Staff to build a cohesive and effective team.
Opening and Closing: Open from 8.30am 7 days.
Secure Dirty Janes at close of day.
Daily Tasks: Help with phone and Instagram enquiries.
Dealing with stallholder enquiries.
Events work – as required.
End of day reconciliation.
Administrative Tasks: Monthly inventory supplies.
Freight and deliveries – booking and monitoring.
Management of Roster.
Role: Full Time.
Reporting to the Skipper (Manager).
Alternate weekend work required.
$28 - $33 per hour commensurate with experience.
