More about you: Forming part of the management team, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager with the daily business operations. Key Responsibilities Include: Assist and support the Store Manager across all aspects of store management process - Visual Merchandising Store Administration Training & coaching of new team members Effectively delegating & managing the team Leadership & guidance to the team Maintaining a clean, organized and aesthetically pleasing store front Ensure store environment complies with health and safety regulations Monitor and maintain suitable store inventory levels Energetic customer service champion with a proven sales growth mindset Provide regular assistance to customers and resolve queries in a timely and professional manner The successful applicants will also have Strong leadership skills with an ability to connect positively with both customers and team Excellent communication and organizational skills A happy, friendly and energetic personality A desire to deliver high quality customer service A current/valid police check or a willingness to obtain if successful Would you like to know more?
