The Role Overseeing our a la carte restaurant, the role will be to manage the day to day operations of the restaurant and to execute a high standard of customer service for our guests. With a loyal local following of neighbourhood patrons, we are looking to create warm, friendly and engaging service that is well executed and professional. The role will involve all the venue essentials including the day to day running of the shift, opening, and closing the venue, back of house administration and banking, training, and developing the team, overseeing the wine list, hiring staff, rostering and assisting patrons, overseeing restaurant financials and more. Motivating, inspiring, training your team and ensuring the guest experience is flawless will be at the forefront of your role.
