Job DescriptionAbout Us: Three Blue Ducks at The Farm Byron Bay is set on an 80-acre farm and Macadamia Orchard with views of both the hinterland and Byron's iconic lighthouse. We are looking for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our respected and established restaurant group. You will play a key role in the overall success of the venue by ensuring each guest has a positive and unforgettable experience with us at The Ducks. We are seeking hospitality professionals who can work alongside their team to strengthen what has already been instilled. We are looking for managers who enjoy training and developing the staff underneath them, with a sharp eye for detail and a thorough understanding of budgets.
