About the Role As an Assistant Relationship Manager in our Agribusiness Banking team, you'll play a key role in helping to support the Relationship Manager with the management and growth of a portfolio of valued Agribusiness customers.
This is a fantastic opportunity to surround yourself with high integrity banking professionals whilst developing your knowledge and experience within Agribusiness Banking.
Training and skill building will be provided as you go.
Role Location: Dubbo, NSW What will your day look like?
As an Assistant Relationship Manager, you will: Support the Relationship Manager in managing and nurturing customer relationships within the assigned portfolio.
Address client enquiries promptly and professionally, adhering to established service standards to enhance customer satisfaction.
Proactively identify client needs, maintain accurate customer data and facilitate holistic service solutions through collaborative conversations.
Provide constructive feedback on operational and risk-related issues to improve processes and contribute to ongoing enhancement initiatives within the region.
Develop and maintain relationships with intermediaries, ensuring all referrals are directed to the appropriate management for further action and sales opportunities.
Advantageous but not essential to read and decipher financial data and provide commentary to credit to support finance needs.
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following: Tertiary qualifications in business, commerce, banking or finance are preferred but not mandatory.
Demonstrated experience in customer growth and retention within financial services.
Strong emphasis on customer-centricity, with excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships and influence others effectively.
Proficient in conveying information clearly and confidently, both verbally and in writing, alongside strong problem-solving abilities to analyse and break down complex issues.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
