Boost your management career and be mentored by the leadership team to progress internally. From assisting housekeeping staff to creating staff rosters - no two days will be the same!ResponsibilitiesLead your team to ensure guests enjoy a high standard of service during their stay.Attend to after-hours call outs as required.Collect outstanding payments from guests and permanent residents.Team member coordination and people management including rostering, performance management and recruitment.Administration such as budgeting and managing the financial aspects of the Park.About YouYou will have a keen interest in tourism and hospitality and be looking to progress in a long-term opportunity.
