Marketing Assistants/Coordinators (Marketing & Communications)
Possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field. Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a related role preferably in interior design, furniture, renovation industries. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, team environment. Must have excellent communication skills, both oral/written in English . Must be able to speak and write in Mandarin . Job Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing strategies and campaigns. Manage and optimize digital marketing channels such as social media platforms, email marketing and company website. Liaise with agencies, designers, printers, and suppliers to develop marketing materials e.g. catalogues, brochures, sales kits. Manage product photo and video shoots for marketing content. Coordinate marketing activities such as exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional events. Maintain showroom's appearance, displays and product materials. Manage and update product and pricing database. Prepare sales & marketing performance report. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
