The L&E Marketing Manager role reports directly to the Head of Leisure and Entertainment and will lead and deliver the pre-opening/on sale marketing plans for the successful delivery and launch of The Star Residence Tower 2.
This is a fantastic opportunity where you can utilise your creative ideas and strategies to build unforgettable moments within our Leisure & Entertainment departments.
A few of your responsibilities: Build and develop relationships with key external third-party stakeholders to develop partnership campaigns. Create reports measuring the impact of marketing activity via post implementation reviews to evaluate and provide strategic direction to the Head of Media, regarding status, associated costs, and effectiveness of campaigns. Develop, implement, and monitor effective communication channels and other touch points with the objective to increase brand awareness and brand affinity, whilst driving revenue and market share. Work and align with the Senior Commercial Manager (Events & Hotel Sales) & Group Sales Manager to develop compelling offers & market to new customer segments to drive occupancy. What we are looking for: Minimum 7 years' experience in marketing, advertising, or brand development within a hospitality/gaming or related industry. Proven experience leading a team in a high-volume environment managing tight and conflicting deadlines. High level of attention to detail and ability to communicate clearly with all relevant departments on promotional activity and requirements needed to facilitate promotions. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with others across the group to achieve team and business goals Ability to build trust within the team, and align performance for success, facilitating change where needed. About you: You are a passionate marketing leader who specialises in crafting and executing strategies to attract and engage audiences for a variety of leisure and entertainment activities. You enjoy tracking campaign and project performances, measuring success, and adjusting strategies based on data.
Your role will be pivotal in shaping the success of our Leisure & Entertainment experience at The Star Entertainment Group.
