The role provides the opportunity to develop leadership skills in a dynamic and picturesque environment, surrounded by the natural beauty of the waterfront. As an integral part of the management team, you'll have the chance to work closely with experienced professionals, gaining insights into hotel operations, guest relations, and staff management. Additionally, the hotel often hosts various events and functions, offering you the chance to be involved in diverse and exciting projects.
What you'll do: Be a motivational and inspiring leader, develop and train the team to ensure an exceptional guest experience every timeManage the day to day operations of the Venue - open/close, back of house administration, recruiting team members, rostering and assisting guestsBring your passion for good food and creating moments that matter for our guestsBe creative - develop and grow the business through your own initiativesWhat you'll need: Hospitality/Retail leadership experience, ideally working across food, bars and gamingAbility to lead, develop and coach a large, multi-skilled teamOperational experience to achieve financial and business targetsHighly developed customer service skillsCurrent industry RSA, RSG, RMLV and Approved Manager qualificationsThe perks are good too!
