Overseeing the overall operations of the outlet, in this role you will effectively manage the outlet from rosters, team training, ordering and stock control and signature cocktail development and creation. Working closely with the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage, you will implement strategies to maximise profitability whilst achieving high levels of guest satisfaction.Duties & Responsibilities will include:Active involvement in the operations of the Lobby BarNurturing and developing the team in accordance with Hyatt's valuesScheduling rosters and staffing in accordance with business needsThe creation and implementation of signature cocktail menusEnsuring that beverage stocks are constantly maintained at par, adjusting levels according to product and business demands.Overseeing monthly stock take.Developing and implementing strategies, promotions and special events in conjunction with the Food & Beverage management team and Sales & Marketing teamOverseeing the implementation of training for all Lobby Bar associates ensuring consistency in service and product deliveryConducting administrative duties including responding to guest enquiries and internal requestsOur Ideal Candidate will possess:A passion for providing high quality experiences for our colleagues and guestsThe skills to motivate a diverse and talented teamOutstanding wine, cocktail, spirit and food knowledgePrior experience in a similar roleA valid NSW RSAThe availability to work a rotating roster including weekendsFull unrestricted Australian working rights
