Embark on a rewarding journey as an Assistant Manager at Ewin Early Learning Centre, where you will:
Work alongside the General Manager to ensure the Centre's effectiveness in promoting the health, well-being, and development of children and staff, creating enriching educational opportunities.Help lead and inspire the team by mentorship and guiding our staff, fostering educational growth while embracing diversity and a supportive culture.Drive the implementation of programs and partnerships to enrich Early Years Learning Plans in alignment with the Early Years Learning Framework.Minimum Requirements: Previous experience working in the Early Learning sector as a Room Leader (min 2 years), Educational Leader, Assistant Director/Manager, or Centre Director/Manager.Demonstrated ability to supervise and mentor staff effectively.Proficiency in educational programming within the Early Years Framework, including resource development.Skilled in staff rostering and management.Strong computer skills, including Microsoft packages, and familiarity with systems like OWNA and ChildHR.Qualifications: Diploma in Early Childhood Education and CareAt least 2 years experience in a management or leadership roleExcellent verbal and written communication skillsWorking with Children Check (must be employee)First Aid (ACECQA recognised course code)Asthma Management (ACECQA recognised course code)Anaphylaxis Management (ACECQA recognised course code)Child Protection TrainingHas a strong understanding of the National Quality Standards, Child Safe Standards, National Law and Regulations, and EYLF.What we can offer you at Ewin Early Learning Centre: Above Award rates of pay6 weeks Annual Leave, inclusive of 2 weeks over Christmas and New YearOption to Salary Sacrifice RentRelocation assistanceEmployee benefits – Complementary Gym Memberships and Annual Skin Screening for all workers, with a strong focus on prioritising our team and their work-life balance.Paid professional development, coaching, and mentoring.50% off childcare gap feesAccess to our Employee Assistance ProgramHow to apply If you're a dedicated and passionate professional ready to make a positive impact on the lives of young children and our team of educators, we invite you to apply.
