The Health Service stretches from Agnes Water in the North to Maryborough in the South and provides acute care services to a population of over 225,000 residents including several rural communities.
Your opportunity: The role of an Assistant in Nursing (AIN) is to assist in the provision of a high standard of clinical and patient-centred care within the Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service, ensuring that nursing care is focused on individual resident/patient/client needs.Prior to being made an offer of employment, you will be required to demonstrate immunity to the following Vaccine Preventable Diseases (VPD): Hepatitis B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella (chicken pox) and Pertussis (whooping cough).
From 9th December 2019, all new employees will be required to be assessed for their risk of Tuberculosis (TB).

Our offer: You will receive competitive salary rates between $40.84 - $44.71 p.h., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) (Nurse Grade 1 (1)).
