Responsibilities:Driving customer service in your site.Ensuring standards are high across the site at all times.Driving sales and ensuring site profitability.Training, coaching, and developing your team.Achieving store and company KPI's. The ideal candidate:You will understand the people you manage, mentor, coach, and identify the training needs required to maximise profitability throughout all departments.Demonstrate a high level of operational, leadership, planning, organisational, interpersonal and communication skills.Be target-driven and customer service oriented.Be highly motivated and ambitious.Be a self-starter with a can-do attitude.
