ABOUT YOU: As the ideal person for this role, you will:
Have a positive and collaborative attitude Be organised with strong delegation skills Love being a positive and empowering people leader Possess critical thinking and problem-solving skills Always be team-focused with an ability to build trust and teamwork Live and breathe our values by building a guest-centric culture Have the ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment Experience in a senior waitstaff or senior bartender role, or similar THE ROLE: Permanent full-time 38 hours a week Assist the Front of House Manager through day-to-day supervision and management of the casual dining team Contribute to continuous improvement by devising and implementing new ways to undertake the team's roles and responsibilities Through training and delegation, ensure all tasks are carried out correctly and according to standards and within set timeframes You'll be working alongside your team daily interacting with guests to ensure optimum guest experiences and repeat patronage Work in a beautiful location overlooking the vineyard and Milton farmland Heavily discounted meals and beverages Staff perks, generous rewards programs and ongoing training opportunities ABOUT US: We are a family-owned hospitality and tourism business located in Ulladulla, overlooking Burrill Lake, our vineyards, and the Budawang Ranges.
