Job Description Passionate about guest interaction, teamwork and food and beverage? As Assistant F&B Manager at Fairmont Taghazout Bay, you will lead and support the F&B team as business demands dictate to create unforgettable dining experiences for our guests.
What you'll be doing: Support, mentor, and train the Food & Beverage teamsProvide operational leadership and direction for the day to day operations of the Outlets with a focus on service and logisticsCreate and support an engaged work environment to create a welcoming and personalized experience for our guestsConduct daily line ups with the team to review hotel information, service stations, specials, etc.Ensure brand standards are maintained with the highest standard of quality and visual appealHandle guest concerns and react quickly, logging and notifying proper areasAssist with scheduling team members to align with labor management standardsCommunicate effectively with all departments and thrive for guest feedbackWork with the team on new offerings and actively share ideas, opinions and suggestions to improve the environment and dining experienceBalance operational, administrative and colleague needs by focusing on guests feedback surveys, colleague feedback surveys and financial resultsAssist in overall F&B management responsibilities as neededFollow department policies, procedures and service standardsFollow all health and safety policiesOther duties as assignedQualifications Your experience and skills include: Service focused personality is essential and a passion for everything food and beveragePrevious experience in a similar leadership roleProactive, with a demonstrated eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple functions, while meeting deadlinesStrong interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by exampleAdditional Information Your team and working environment:
