As we are growing, we are keen to recruit result-oriented, dynamic, and driven Assistant Financial Accountant to join our finance team in a full-time permanent position.
We are looking for a suitable candidate who is keen to learn and passionate about accounts.
You will ideally have some previous accounting experience, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
This is a pivotal role, working closely with the Finance Manager and contributing overall to managing finance, accounts, and payroll-related tasks.
Working closely as part of a dynamic team, duties will include, but are not limited to:
Processing weekly trading reconciliation for AU & NZ branches Accurately processing invoices and payments, ensuring timely completion Accurately processing payroll for AU & NZ, in conjunction with the timesheet management platform Communicating effectively with suppliers and contractors, handling queries in a timely manner Processing cash order payments Assisting with company credit cards reconciliation Answering internal and external general queries Assisting the Finance Manager as required You could be the best match for the role if:
You have valid working rights to work in Australia 2+ years of experience providing office administration & accounting skills Pursuing CPA/CA is an advantage Relevant tertiary education Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Skilled in MS Excel and Word Great attention to detail Self-motivated with initiative to solve problems What can you expect from us?
