Processing of payments by matching invoices to purchase orders and delivery dockets and distribute cheques according to established procedures Prepare cheques and EFT payments Verify vendor statements and handle all correspondence involving accounts payable Assist in resolution of complaints between vendor and customer Assist with month and year-end close out procedures and records You will have: 2+ years' experience in a similar role A good understanding of the financial compliance around recording activities for commercial entities in respect of GST, FBT and PAYG Strong knowledge of accounts receivable, accounts payable and maintaining general ledgers High attention to detail How to apply If you can see yourself in this role, then please apply now with your cover letter and resume.
