About the Role Rydges Port Macquarie has completed a full renovation of the 99 hotel rooms and we are sure you agree, they are impressive. Your role will include:
Manage the day to day operational needs, supporting the Area Exec Housekeeper. Facilitate and co-ordinate the cleaning of our brand-new renovated 99 guest rooms and 20 apartments; including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, floors, and corridors to the hotel's high standards. Ordering and keeping to PAR levels of guest amenities, linen, glassware, crockery etc. Rostering and keeping to budgeted payroll, as discussed and managed with the Area Exec Housekeeper, Rooms Division Manager and General Manager. Reporting maintenance requirements. Reporting and recording of all lost property following correct hotel procedures. Ensuring all equipment is maintained, used and stored correctly. Using appropriate chemicals for cleaning purposes ensuring safe work practices are maintained. Adhering to all sanitation and chemical use guidelines.
