Redcape Hotel Group is seeking a passionate & committed customer centric hospitality professional to join our Leadership Team at Shamrock Hotel Mackay. You will assist the Venue Manager to successfully run the business' operations in a hands-on role that includes FOH and BOH duties.

The key responsibilities for this role will include:
Leading a variety of internal teams as we strive to offer outstanding customer experiences. Ensuring we maintain exceptional venue standards in relation to cleanliness and presentation. Creating and nurturing a positive work environment so that all team members can thrive. Possess the availability to fulfil a variety of rotating rostered shifts including opens, mids, closes, weekends and public holidays in conjunction with our Hotel's operating hours.
