As the Assistant Director, you will use your experience and leadership qualities to engage and motivate your centre team to drive continuous improvement in all aspects across centre operation. You will work in collaboration with your centre leadership team and establish respectful and reciprocal relationships with families and engage in networks within the centre's local community.
In this role, you will: Support the Centre Director in the leadership of the team to provide high-quality early learning and care Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team Be responsible for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director's absence Use and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide About Goodstart Heidelberg: Our centre is 122 place, conveniently located in Heidelberg, close to shops, schools, hospitals and public transport Inside our centre you will find seven purpose built rooms and outside age appropriate play space including sandpits, veggie patches, cubby house and worm farm We are lucky to have a team of dedicated staff, who are highly qualified and experienced with all age groups Work alongside an experienced and supportive Centre Director What Goodstart can offer you: We truly value you – that's why we pay more.
