Our centre is seeking a passionate
Assistant Director
on a
part-time
permanent
basis working
37.5 hours per week commencing as soon as practicable.
This position assists the Director in leadership and the operation of an effective and caring environment which supports the needs of the children in a manner consistent with the Mission, Vision, and Values of MMCNQ, the National Quality Framework, and MMCNQ Policies and Procedures. You will be supported by an experienced Service Leader and a Business Operations Consultant throughout your journey.
What you'll need to succeed:
Diploma in Early Childhood Education (near complete) or equivalent
Previous experience within the childcare sector
Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
Current First Aid Certificate Including CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis or ability to obtain before commencement
Understanding and knowledge of National Quality Framework and My Time Our Place Framework
Ability to learn new systems and childcare management software
