Assistant Director - Face To Face Leasing

Assistant Director - Face to Face Leasing This role will assist the Director of the Face to Face Leasing team through the delivery of strategic and high-quality leasing solutions, which support the business objectives of Services Australia's transformation of face-to-face services. This includes identifying and implementing property footprint solutions, as well as working with commercial providers such as landlords and the agency's property provider.
Functions of the role include:
Managing a geographical lease portfolio which includes identification of sites and negotiations with existing and new landlords.
Ensuring leasing transactions are completed in a timely manner, with a high level of quality and compliance with relevant legislation.
Leading and developing a small team of staff to deliver on the agency's face-to-face property transformation agenda.
Work Environment:
The role may require travel to inspect sites, which are sometimes in regional Australia and don't have public transport readily available.
