Assistant Director, Contact Centre and Support The Public Trustee and Guardian (PTG) for the ACT promotes and supports the rights, interests and life decisions of our clients and delivers excellent trustee outcomes for the ACT community. We perform a range of functions, deliver services under a range of legislation, and work closely with other ACT Government agencies and stakeholders. The Assistant Director, Contact Centre and Support will lead and direct the call centre, client support, and administration services of the PTG. The role will engage and coach team members to interact with clients and stakeholders to promote a customer-focused culture, demonstrating empathetic and positive interactions with clients. The Assistant Director has significant decision-making autonomy and will be tasked with ensuring a high number of client service requests are resolved efficiently at the first contact, and referrals are made to other PTG teams as required. The Assistant Director, Contact Centre and Support will also contribute to the leadership and management of the agency as a senior leader and provide professional advice to support the functions and services of the agency. Leadership and implementation of initiatives and projects from time to time will also be required.
