Our clients include high-net-worth individuals, property development companies, family offices, government, community groups, real estate investment trusts, and private land owners. Since the incorporation of The Development Directive in 2017, it has assisted in the delivery of over $1bn worth of completed and pipeline developments in Southeast Queensland and New South Wales. How We Work?We provide professional services to the development industry on a fee for service basis. We are a specialised, boutique firm who are dedicated to providing good, personal service to our client base. Staff culture and job satisfaction is critical to the Development Directive Team. About The RoleOur team is looking for an Assistant Project Manager to assist with the delivery projects in Queensland. As an Assistant Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of commercial projects. Working alongside our experienced team, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills, receiving ample training and mentorship.Development Directive works across all sectors of development in both civil and built form. We have been tasked with overseeing projects ranging from a $600K fitout up to $200m high-rise towers and everything in between. The duties of the role will include, but not be limited to:Assist Project Managers with day-to-day project tasks;Communicating regularly with a wide range of audiences such as internal and external stakeholders;Collaborate with the project management team to plan, execute and close out projects;Assist in project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation; andContribute to quality control, risk management, and compliance.Manage the regulatory statutory approvals processes;Procurement and coordination of consultants and design team;Management of design processes;Compile, run and evaluate project tenders;Management of Contractor;Contract Administration & superintendent roles;Project & cost reporting;Programming;Feasibility Analysis; andValue Management.About You If you would like to progress your career in an exciting, engaging and hands on environment, then this opportunity is for you.
