Responsibilities Include
Financial Analysis & Project Feasibility: Perform detailed financial assessments and project feasibility analyses to ensure profitability and viability.
Project Design & Strategic Planning: Participate in crafting innovative project designs and strategic planning, securing approvals while meeting community, environmental, and market demands.
Marketing & Sales Strategy: Collaborate with our marketing team to devise impactful strategies that enhance project visibility and sales outcomes.
Oversight of Construction Phases: Monitor construction activities, guaranteeing adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Administrative Excellence & Reporting: Execute thorough project documentation and reporting, aiding in streamlined project administration.

We're Looking For:
Education: A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Property Development, or a similar discipline.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a role related to civil engineering or property development, demonstrating a keen insight into the development process.
Abilities: Outstanding project management skills, a keen financial understanding, and superior communication capabilities.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential; familiarity with EstateMaster or equivalent development software is a plus.
