We are seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Development Manager to join our highly regarded client in Brisbane.
In this role, you'll play a key part in the successful delivery of a variety of Residential, Commercial/Industrial and Retail projects while gaining hands-on experience and mentorship from seniors within the team.About the Role:You'll be involved in projects ranging from fitouts to high-rise towers, across a broad spectrum of sectors including civil and built environments.
This is your chance to dive deep into the property development world and learn from the best.Your Key Responsibilities:Support Project Managers with day-to-day tasks to ensure smooth project deliveryMaintain regular communication with internal and external stakeholdersHelp plan, execute, and close out projects, ensuring all milestones are metAssist in project scheduling, budgeting, and resource managementPlay a role in quality control, risk management, and regulatory complianceManage consultants and design teams, tenders, contractors, and reportsOversee contract administration, programming, and cost reportingContribute to feasibility analysis and value management processesAbout You:A Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Architecture, or Property Economics (or currently studying)Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasksA positive, professional attitude with a keen interest in Project ManagementExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalHigh attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solvingProficiency in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Project; experience with Estate Master and Bluebeam is a plus, but not essentialWhat We Offer:This is an incredible opportunity to join a company at the forefront of property development in Queensland and New South Wales.
