Our Client requires an Assistant Commercial Property Manager/ Trust Administrator to join the team and grow with the company.
Senior leadership will provide support and training to manage your own portfolio.
This is a new role due to the consistent increase of new business.
The Role: Meet financial and performance targets of the commercial and retail management department Liaise with stakeholders to provide first-class asset management Execution of lease renewals and annual rent reviews Tenant retention strategies Facilities & maintenance management Download trust account statements & balance trust account Landlord statements, creditor payments Commercial tax invoices e.g.
Water rates, council rates, rental increases etc.
Tenant & landlord reconciliations Preparation of Receipts & Expenditure statements Rental adjustments & refunds End of Month rollover and reports For this role you will have: Experience in Commercial or Residential Property is essential Determination to build a career in the property industry Cirrus8 knowledge (ideal, not essential) Time management and attention to detail Possess a "can do" attitude & be a great team player Exceptional presentation The Benefits: Working with this Client, you will benefit from a positive team culture, growth opportunities, and a chance to work with some of Adelaide's best agents & property managers.
