About Genesis Fitness With 24 hour access, 7 days a week, our national network of health clubs spans across Australia at 42 locations (and growing!). The Role We are seeking an experienced Assistant Club General Manager to join our team and drive the culture and performance of our passionate fitness team. You'll be a highly effective operations manager with a proven sales management background.
This role is for our largest club in NSW and a great career opportunity for someone wanting to get into the Genesis Group of Clubs and receive the support to be developed further into an outstanding leader.
Your key responsibilities include:
Achieving sales targetsManage and motivate a teamWork within the annual business plan and achieve budgetsAssist the CGM in implementing an annual sales and marketing plannerCreate business opportunities with the local corporate marketProvide exceptional customer service to our membersAssist the CGM in implementing the retention programs of the businessProvide an exceptional product to deliver to our membersYou must: Have a desire to create a fun & vibrant culture within the clubHave management experience (essential)Have experience managing staff and budgetsHave a passion for health and fitnessIf you are a passionate person who realizes the tremendous opportunity that this role offers and want to utilize your skills and passion in a health and fitness environment, we want to hear from you!
