Help lead and inspire the team by mentorship and guiding our staff, fostering educational growth while embracing diversity and a supportive culture. Drive the implementation of programs and partnerships to enrich Early Years Learning Plans in alignment with the Early Years Learning Framework. A compassionate and inspiring member of Nino ELA will have: Previous experience working in the Early Learning sector as a Room Leader, Educational Leader or 3IC/2IC. Demonstrated ability to supervise and mentor staff effectively. Proficiency in educational programming within the Early Years Framework, including resource development. Skilled in staff rostering and management. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft packages, and familiarity with systems like QIKKIDS and Time Target. Experience in recruitment activities is a bonus.
