Assistant Centre Director

The Assistant Centre Director supports the Centre Director in sales, administrative tasks, and instructional leadership, ensuring efficient centre operations. Responsibilities include assisting with sales calls, managing student progress, and providing educational support. The Assistant Centre Director also helps train and develop instructional staff.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Centre Director in daily operations and administrative tasks.
Create student binders, log progress, and coordinate Learning Plans.
Ensure a clean, engaging learning environment.
Enroll students in-person and over the phone, maintaining a customer-focused approach.
Build rapport with parents and provide exceptional service.
Utilize CRM software for lead management and conversion.
Collaborate with instructional staff to ensure quality teaching using Mathnasium methodologies.
Conduct educational assessments to identify student learning gaps.
Provide on-the-job training and coaching to enhance staff performance.
Foster a positive work environment through motivation and encouragement.
Monitor employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
Lead staff meetings and facilitate team cohesion.
Maintain centre decor and cleanliness.
Implement referral programs for lead generation.
Provide assessments and create Learning Plans for students.
Communicate regularly with parents about student progress.
Monitor and manage self-performance and team effectiveness.

Qualifications:

Strong background in education or management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to lead and develop teams effectively.

Job Type: Casual
Pay: From $31.23 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 12 per week

Afternoon shift
