Now the service has been open for 6 months, she is excited to remain in leadership as the 3IC and hand the role over to a new passionate Assistant Director (2IC) so she can focus more of her time on supporting the team with the Educational practices.This role will have daily office time, along with time on the floor with the children and team. This role would suit someone who has a passion for creating a positive team culture, a passion to work with children, mentor the team and build meaningful relationships with the families.The RoleYou will ultimately be responsible for all operational aspects of managing the centre on a day-to-day basis.Mentor, inspire and support the team to build a positive and passionate culture.Work in collaboration between the Centre Director and Centre admin to support the team, families and children.Lead by example to embed Wholechild's curriculum, policies and regulatory requirements.Develop skills and competence with operating systems, online and CRM programs.Connect with families, manage accounts and day-to-day relationships.Full time off the floor so that you are available to support families, children and be available for your team.Must be available to support the team in operational hours.Outstanding opportunity to develop career and experience with industry leading operator.Be provided an induction and mentoring program prior to the centre opening.Be mentored and supported by an experienced and passionate Operations team.Have access to support from our sister centre in Coffs Harbour.Attractive remuneration package according to experience.Staff discount on fees.Off the floor office duties.Generous staff facilities with well-appointed staff room, consult room, sports stadium, creative studio, program room and lots of natural light for the team to unwind and relax.Pre-requisitesDiploma or Bachelor of Education / Teaching in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA recognised or equivalent).Experience in a similar role is desired.Current First Aid HLTAID004, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis and Working With Children Check (WWCC).Child Protection Training (CHCPRT001 Identify and respond to children and young people at risk).Extensive knowledge of the EYLF and NQS.Does this excite you?Join the Wholechild team by submitting your resume and cover letter directly through Seek outlining what position you are applying for.
