About You You're a self-motivated individual with a strong desire to learn through hands-on experience and by asking questions. Comfortable in a fast-paced, transactional environment, you're also resilient, maintaining professionalism in challenging situations. With a "client-first" attitude, you communicate effectively with a wide range of people and are organised, detail-oriented, and able to meet competing deadlines.
Ideally, you bring experience from customer service roles. While prior experience in insurance or workers' compensation would be advantageous, it's not essential. What matters is your enthusiasm for building a career in the insurance industry and your commitment to grow with us.
A Typical Week in the Role Might Include: Assisting Case Managers in closing claims and following up on outstanding invoices. Arranging medical appointments for injured workers and coordinating with specialists and treatment providers for updates.
