The purpose of this role is to provide timely and proactive administration assistance to our senior brokers.
The role is pivotal in providing support to specialist brokers who provide client advisory services, placing & managing insurance programs.

This role will include: Supporting & assisting the team in day to day administration and broking tasksPreparing documents, including customised reportsGeneral administration dutiesPolicy processing - new business, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, lapses, certificates of currency; claims data inputRenewal invitation reminders to clients, debtor controlMaintaining client databases and electronic filesIntermediate user of excel, PowerPoint and adobe software programsEnsure 100% accuracy of documentation and policies for external and internal clients and proceduresApplying best business practise in at activities ethically, professionally and with integrity This is a great opportunity and to be considered, we are seeking a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, ideally with exposure to the Insurance or Financial Services industry plus:
