Spring Professional are proudly partnered with this Facilities Management solutions provider client who is looking for a Strategic Asset Manager to join their team.As team leader, this role leads an existing team of two experienced Asset Managers. The position's core focus is leading a team in the development and coordination of a strategic asset management program. Deliverables are to reduce costs and increase the longevity of assets across a portfolio.Key responsibilities:Develop a group-wide 5-year strategic asset management planDeveloping and documenting life cycle plans, asset standards, and processesProviding recommendations for improvement of operational performancePresenting recommendations to stakeholdersTracking efficiency across the portfolioAnalysing life cycle costsDeveloping and continuously improving asset lifecycle strategiesTeam managementProjects related to asset managementIdeal candidate will display:Previous experience in asset managementPrevious experience in Facilities ManagementStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience with managing a team or staffExcellent stakeholder management capability and communication skillsSalary: Circa $170,000 - $180,000 + BonusWFH flexibility and free onsite parking.This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in FM Asset Management, work for a secure employer with an excellent workplace culture.
