You will be responsible for preparing annual and long-term capital works, maintenance and operational programs using available asset knowledge for buildings, public spaces and infrastructure assets.DUTIES.Review and update Asset Management Plans for each asset classPerform statistical and other analyses on asset condition, performance, and risk dataCoordinate the review and integration of infrastructure impacting strategies and plansResponsible for performing condition and defects inspections for buildings and all infrastructure assetsSKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.Degree in Civil Engineering, Asset Management or relevant qualificationsPrevious experience in Local Government is highly desirableHighly proficient in TechOne and Asset Management SystemsHigh level of attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skillsCULTURE.Expand on your skills and experience within this diverse and driven team.
