APS6 Business Analyst$60.26 per hour + super 12-month contract Hybrid work arrangements Weekly Pay | Able to obtain NV1 The Organisation:This Government body works with people with disability, providers, and the community to deliver nationally consistent, responsive, and effective regulation of service providers. About the role:As part of The Fraud Fusion Taskforce, the APS6 Business Analyst is accountable under limited direction to undertake complex work that is guided by legislation, policies, procedures, standards, methodologies and precedents. The position has reasonable autonomy and accountability to exercise both initiative and judgment to interpret legislation and policy, in the application of practices and procedures to achieve outcomes within the functions.

Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to: Producing reports, interpreting data and analysing results using standard statistical techniques.Coordinating divisional and branch reporting requirements to monitor and track improvement and performance outcomes.Developing business functional requirements and resources, consistent with contractual, legislative and policy environments.Translating business metrics to inform internal stakeholder requirements including efficiency, improvement and performance outcomes to optimise customer experience.Implementing and maintaining audit and risk processes, controls and undertaking issues resolution.Supporting case management system data quality monitoring, analysing data and assisting in developing FFT reporting structures.Undertaking day-to-day analytical work and project management on a range of tasks including supporting analyses and ad hoc requests. About You:You're a high performing Business Analyst and an exceptional communicator. You can demonstrate your experience to act as a conduit between business areas, with the ability to share information with a broad range of stakeholders, including the coordination of divisional and branch reporting requirements and the design and delivery of workshops. Your previous experience in establishing and implementing governance and compliance processes, dashboards and management systems will be highly regarded.

Key skills required for roles: Proven ability to evolve solutions using analytical and critical thinking skills.Experience interpreting data and presenting insights to diverse audiences.Well-developed stakeholder engagement skills with proven capability to manage expectations and deliver fit to purpose solutions.Desirable skills to have for the roles: Excellent time management and planning and organisational skills.Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.Excellent team-working skills.
