Job Description The Sales Manager is responsible for several key duties:
Developing and implementing strategies for the sales and technical support of rock drilling tools to enhance operational effectiveness at customer sites in Perth and Kalgoorlie.
Managing key accounts and nurturing long-term relationships with clients to maximise sales opportunities, both with existing clients and new prospects.
Identifying and proposing field operational solutions aimed at improving product quality and enhancing customer sales productivity.
Building enduring relationships with office personnel in Kalgoorlie and other members of the company.
Achieving sales and profit objectives in Perth and Kalgoorlie, contributing to the development of sales strategies specific to Western Australia.
Focusing on expanding and developing existing client relationships while actively generating new business opportunities.
Serving as the primary interface between customers and all relevant divisions, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
Handling customer orders, providing pricing information, conducting consultative sales, and explaining product technology to customers.
Conducting business travel to Kalgoorlie as necessary to maintain client relationships and gather market insights.
