What are my accountabilities?
Coach, mentor and develop Loss Adjusters Manage relationships with operational client stakeholders and Account Managers Drive continuous improvement of client service programs and processes Lead the service delivery of Home Claims and ensure time, utilisation, invoicing and consistently managed About you
