Join us and embark on an exciting journey to be the operator of choice.What role will you play?We have an exciting opportunity for two (2) new hands-on Area General Managers (AGM) to join and lead our Melbourne-based operations team through the provision of leadership and strategic guidance across our 12,500 bed portfolio in Victoria.As the AGM, you will possess and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders. To achieve this, your ability to communicate and disseminate information while protecting privacy and confidentiality is fundamental. Proven strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills are also vital to your success in the role.Your leadership skills will help to support the growth and ongoing development of your team, empowering them to provide a safe, secure, and healthy living environment for all residents.
