Department of Education - Melbourne, VICIT Source: uWorkin JOB DESCRIPTION .All VSBA staff have a shared responsibility to meet the same service standards outlined in the VSBA Customer Service Charter.Our goal is to make every interaction with the VSBA a positive one for our customers, colleagues and key partners regardless of our individual role or team.The Architectural Analyst is responsible for:Capturing, updating and reporting all physical land and building asset information in the IAU Asset Management SystemFacilitating Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and asset data operations, and contributing to improving IRU's data capture processesAdvising on activities relating to asset data and CAD, providing guidance and support to team membersUndertake a variety of land and property tasks for the school site identification including title searches and investigating land status utilising spatial databasesThrough detailed data analysis and investigation, provide authoritative advice on trends, risks and issues and support business needsIdentify current and future data requirements trends and provide input into continuous improvement recommendationsProviding consulting and advisory services relating to asset data to a designated client baseProviding technical expertise, analysis and reporting services in relation to asset data requirements, data collection methodologies, and data management projects and systems.The IAU team is responsible for conducting a high volume of work within tight timelines, and communicating with stakeholders on a regular basis. In addition to having proven specialist technical expertise in the data analytics field, the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate their capabilities in relation to building and maintaining effective stakeholder relationships, work planning and organisational skills.The IAU team is responsible for conducting a high volume of work within tight timelines and communicating with stakeholders on a regular basis.
