Job OverviewOur Recruitment team provides an end-to-end recruitment service for the department and our portfolio agencies, where our clients and candidates are at the centre of what we do. We divide our services across two recruiting teams, which work in large scale and small-scale recruitment. Our work is driven by a high level of recruitment energy across the department, which has doubled in size across the last three years, and which continues to grow.Our Entry Level Programs team (ELP) is a flexible, fun, customer-centric team where you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on people at the start of their APS career. The ELP assists the department in attracting and growing our talent pipeline and building workforce capability to support the department's strategic priorities.
