As an APS 6 in these roles, you will be: Performing complex work with autonomy and accountability for outcomes Compliant with legislative frameworks, government decisions, and Defence policies Exercising initiative and judgement in policy interpretation and application Providing detailed administration, professional, and policy advice Coaching and leading teams, setting priorities, and managing workflows Building team capability through coaching, feedback, and development Engaging and liaising with stakeholders on complex issues Anticipating and responding to stakeholder needs and expectations Committed to ongoing self-improvement and professional development About our Team At Security and Estate Group (SEG), we are not just a team - we are a family of passionate and dedicated professionals committed to protecting and advancing Defence's strategic interests.

We are also leading the charge in integrating service delivery to align with the One Defence model.
