This position is located in their busy Sydney office for an initial contract until February 2025, with possible extensions available.
About the Position The APS6 Office Manager role is part of a team that oversees various programs to ensure office environments are suitable and meet organizational goals.
This team supports both internal and external stakeholders by ensuring compliance with relevant requirements, standards, and policies.
Duties Provide well-informed advice and guidance to members and staff regarding day-to-day operations around accommodation, property, facilities, security framework and procedures, and asset management.
Responsible for providing support to all members and staff relating to best practice in safety and security requirements, work point allocations, and coordinating special events.
Liaise, negotiate, and build productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, external agencies, service providers, suppliers, contractors, and building management representatives.
