HOBAN Recruitment is currently seeking a skilled APS6 Level Business Analyst (Labour Hire) for an exciting opportunity with a reputable government agency located in NEWCASTLE NSW.The position requires you to apply your expertise to design and implement business improvements that will directly enhance customer experiences and improve operational performance.
Key Responsibilities: Produce and analyse reports using standard statistical techniques.Coordinate divisional and branch reporting requirements.Develop business functional requirements aligned with policy and legislative frameworks.Translate business metrics to support internal stakeholders in optimising customer experience.Design and deliver workshops and communication materials for complex systems.Implement governance, compliance, and performance tracking systems.Maintain audit and risk controls and resolve issues as they arise.Benefits: Competitive pay rate of $60.26 per hour, including casual loading, providing you with financial stability and recognition for your expertise.11.5% superannuation to secure your future and support your retirement planning.ASAP start date, allowing you to embark on this exciting opportunity without delay.Full-time position, offering 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, enabling a healthy work-life balance.Collaborative and inclusive work environment that values innovation.About You:We are seeking candidates with:
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in Excel and statistical analysis techniques.Excellent decision-making and documentation skills.Experience working with governance, compliance, and performance monitoring systems.Desirable: Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce and developing/testing on-screen guidance and automated correspondence.Please note you do need to be an AUSTRALIAN CITIZEN for this Federal Government role.
