Overview:

Our Federal Government client are seeking an experienced Benefits Management Analyst to join their dynamic team on an initial 6 month labour hire engagement. This role will play a key part in managing and optimising benefits across critical reform initiatives. You'll work closely with senior leaders and stakeholders to ensure strategic objectives are met and tangible benefits are delivered.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business areas and projects to define benefits metricsMonitor and evaluate benefits realisation against success criteriaMaintain comprehensive documentation related to benefits managementFacilitate the identification and validation of benefits within projectsUtilise data analytics and visualisation tools to analyse benefit dataWork with stakeholders to identify opportunities for business enhancementIdeal Candidate:

The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex information. They will have exceptional communication skills, enabling effective collaboration across teams. With a detail-oriented approach and strong organisational abilities, the candidate will be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Desired Skills and Experience:

Proven experience in a similar role such as Capability Analyst, Business Analyst, or a focus on benefits management.Certification in benefits management is highly desirable.Understanding of portfolio and program management principles and benefits methodologies.Proficiency in data analysis and visualisation tools.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence decision-making across different levels of an organisation.To Apply:
