Aps4 Social Media Officer

Our client, a large federal government organisation based in Canberra, is seeking Social Media Officers to join their team. As a Social Media Officer, you will work in a rostered environment, as the frontline point of assessment for social media content coming into the agency.
What you'll do: Monitor social media content coming into the business. Assess incoming social media content for potential action. Allocate and escalate social media content according to priority and potential response. Respond to social media content in line with pre-prepared scripts. What you bring: Familiarity with social media channels and operations. Experience working as part of a large team. Baseline knowledge of systems and processes. Communications or Media qualification - either complete or in-progress. Experience in an APS work setting.
